2019 has been an eventful year with unprecedented uncertainty across UK businesses. While the political backdrop has been divisive, our network and leaders in the HR sector in Wales have been united in their commitment to remain resilient, continuing to grow and developing new and existing talent.
We’ve worked closely with our clients to help strengthen their business with outstanding individuals and have been fortunate to have expanded our already strong business network. We believe our success has been down to our transparent and honest approach as well as our unrivalled knowledge of the market.
Award Sponsorship – We have continued our support for the industry and its people by sponsoring awards at two leading HR Awards Ceremonies; the CIPD Wales Awards and Wales HR Awards. Both events were fantastic celebrations of the work being done in the HR Industry throughout Wales and shone the spotlight on those special individuals who are making the biggest impact. We have already pledged our support to the Wales HR Awards 2020 where we will be sponsoring the HR Director of the Year Category and will equally continue to be loyal supporter of the CIPD Wales Awards. We look forward to these fantastic events in 2020.
Thought Leadership Events – Our well-established Business Breakfast Seminars with the amazing team at Capital Law continued this year and we covered some interesting topics including GDPR and Workplace Investigations. New to 2019, we collaborated with Insight HRC to bring you some taster workshops which were two sell out events. All our sessions have been excellent opportunities to catch up with HR professionals and delve deeper into some key issues faced by the sector.
Servicing the HR industry – We’ve been supporting businesses with our HR recruitment solutions for over 18 years now and every year our passion grows stronger. This year has been no different and that’s mainly down to the amazing people we work with. It is such a pleasure working alongside our clients and getting to know their businesses in order to find the best candidate match for them. Equally, we love meeting professionals looking for change and finding them a role that they can grow and develop in. We’re very lucky that we’re able to work so closely with our clients and candidates and can invest in finding the best matches.
Growing our Network – This year has been an exciting one for our business as our services have gained wider traction. Keep your eyes peeled in January for the announcement of an additional specialist service we will be offering. We’re extremely excited to be launching an official extension of our services and have received excellent feedback on the work we’ve delivered in this area so far. Stay Tuned!
